I am currently on tour in Theatreworks USA’s A Christmas Carol, a musical interpretation of the Charles Dickens classic. A Christmas Carol captures both the humorous and touching moments of the classic story with witty dialogue and fresh new songs, conveying Dickens’ original message that the holiday season should be a “kind, forgiving, charitable time,” a sentiment which still rings true today.
A Christmas Carol is directed Kevin Del Aguila. Adapted by David Armstrong, with lyrics by Mark Waldrop and music by Dick Gallagher. This 60-minute musical is recommended for grades 1 ? 7.
